This spread looks complicated, but I promise it’s not! It’s very easy to read, and honestly? It’s almost like 3 readings in one. I call it the Triad Spread. This idea came to me at 3:30 in the morning one night when I was requested with a 10 card reading, and had three questions attached, so this is the format I chose to use.

The A, B, C are for categories such as: Love, Life, Money, Education, Spirituality, Creativity, Inspiration, etc. The list goes on. Each of these hold a different answer to a question for the specified category.

Cards 1, 4, 7 ask who you are now. These are meant to give you insight to things affecting who you are at the time of the question, what problems you may be dealing with, etc.

Cards 2, 5, 8 (sideways cards) are your obstacles, or things that are helping. In the case of me doing practice readings with this, everything was an obstacle, except maybe one card that seemed more of a helping instance.

Cards 3, 6, 9 are possible outcomes for each category. This may be something that will change because you take action to overcome obstacles, or whatnot.

Card 10 is an overall possible final outcome that should reflect the overall reading.

This spread worked amazingly for the few test readings I did, and it was very blunt and honest. I’m not sure how well it will work for others, but this is why I’m throwing it out into the universe. And if something like this already exists, it’s purely coincidental.

I almost scrolled right past this, because I really don’t like spreads with so many cards. But then I read it (genius, I know), and realized how powerful yet easy it sounds. Thanks for sharing!

love this! will need to try it out.
