“Do not aim low, you will miss the mark. Aim high and you will be on a threshold of bliss.” ― B.K.S. Iyengar

I found yoga through two of my favorite "F" words: fear and faith. Having only stepped on a mat a handful of times at home, I took a spontaneous, scary, and extremely exciting leap in the fall of 2015 and received my 200-hour yoga teacher training from Chicago's Zen Yoga Garage under the direction of Piper Lori-Parker.

Throwing myself whole-heartedly into a practice and training of asana, yoga lifestyle and philosophy, physical and energetic anatomy, and workshops with yoga masters such as Danny B., Christina Corso, and Sean Haleen, I had the privilege of seeing yoga as both a teacher and practitioner through fresh eyes, allowing me to cultivate a practice and teaching style that emphasizes finding joy and confidence though each breath and movement.

Having since studied under the individual mentorship of E-RYT 500 Christina Corso, it's my goal to help bring yoga to those who lack faith in their ability to shift their perspective from "I can't!" to "I can!" I work to help break down barriers built up by fear and uncertainty though steady holds, full breathes, and fun, mindful sequences that are both challenging and rewarding to all levels of practitioner.
